  • before work conditioning classes or sessions

  • short burst, high-intensity low-impact lunch workout programs,

  • and after work sessions for small groups and individuals.  

If you're in the area and prefer working out indoors, we have a private, members only facility at 1205 W. Morena BLVD. with no gym fees and no hassle for Iron & Flow Fitness clients.  

We also have services including cryotherapy, massage therapy, cupping therapy, and infrared sauna for our clients and their employees' total wellness.

This program is specifically for small & large business owners interested in investing in their employees' health and wellness programs to improve work place productivity in an innovative, effective, & preventative way.

 

I use gait-centered movement, corrective exercises, breathing mechanics, grounding techniques, macebells, dumbells, slam balls, BOSU's, TRX, kettlebells, redlight therapy, self myofascial release (MFR), and much more to give my clients and their employees the best workout & recovery routines to improve their quality of lives as well as their overall work performance.
