    Your nutritional habits are going to have to change there's no way around it.  Learn to like lean meats, lettuce & legumes.

  • VANITY FAIR IS OVER.  Focus on alleviating pain rather than the vanity behind it.  It's okay to want to look better that's human nature.  Just don't get stuck on it; besides eventually the aesthetics we all crave will come w hard work.
