Grounding therapy is another attempt to counteract our unnatural, indoor and blue lit lifestyles. We are promoting homeostasis in the body by simply placing our

bare feet onto the ground. 

This potential “cancels, reduces, and pushes away electrical fields from the body.”Grounding appears to improve sleep, help manage pain, and normalizes cortisol (a stress hormone) to reduce the stress response.
