We will be discussing the basics of today's lifestyle that cause us to have poor posture, aches, pains and health problems that could have been avoided by training the body according to it's biological blueprint. Many in the industry would like you to think that pain prevention lies strictly behind the doors of doctors, pain specialists, and surgeon's offices. That simply isn't the case anymore. We'll cover basics of MFR (myofacial release), breathing mechanics/hacks, grounding techniques and posture moves to decrease negative stress responses and improve overall functioning and reducing even the most chronic aches and pains. Bring comfortable clothes, an open mind, a towel, and water.
