About the event
If you're familiar with the evolution of the human species "homo" then you are aware it's taken many turns. Many shapes and sizes of "homo" have walked the earth; some of whom have managed for thousands of years longer than others due to environmental factors, physical differences, etc. (a debate for another time), to wind up in the predicament people are in today.
For about 5 minutes we will go over topics found in "Sapiens: A Brief History of Humankind" that help us establish methods and patterns to help reduce the amount of degeneration our spines have been facing since the turn of the Agricultural revolution 12,000 years ago. Then we will go over the new movement patterns that decompress the spine and help support the bipedal contralateral reciprocators that we are.
