KEEPING OUR CLIENTS SAFE

All our workouts and events are socially distanced

Temperature is checked upon arrival

3.

Sanitation protocols have been reinforced to keep our clients as safe as possible

4.

All equipment, chairs, door handles, light switches, electronics and counters are sanitized between each session

5.

The restroom and shower are cleaned thoroughly after each use

6.

Masks are worn by your practitioner and clients are allowed to train mask free when guidelines allow it

7.

All clients who are feeling unwell are encouraged to stay home and train online

Since 2013, from ages 16-97 I have been helping others from Boise, ID to San Diego and across the world empower themselves to do the things they need to do to stay independent and self reliant.

My training focuses on clients being able to enjoy their lives and learning how to move better because everyone deserves to feel good and move well with confidence and stability.
