During your training session I am fully engaged and I will begin each of our workouts with questions like, "How is your body feeling, how's your day been going, etc." to optimize your program without overwhelming your body and mind. 

After I've had a chance to gauge your day's stress levels, we get to work.  I am 100% committed to making sure that we achieve your fitness goals together.
